Get localized on your next internet marketing campaign!


You just opened a new sushi place. Good for you! You spend a fortune on internet marketing and SEO and you want to become the #1 for “sushi delivery” on various search engines. But then you realize that your sushi place is in Brooklyn and getting search results in L.A. won’t do you any good, especially if you are paying per clicks.

What I’m trying to say is that it’s actually possible to invest less and get more. Or maybe invest right in a smart internet marketing campaign. You see, instead of going for the whole shebang, domination over the world’s sushi market (unless you have really big plans…) you better go local! Focus on localized search results and go for demographic advertising which will save you time and money.

But even a national company can benefit from local search results. Many internet consumers want to know that your business is not just up in the air and actually see or visit a local branch, or at least know that it exists.

How do you achieve successful local search results? Well, like anything else that’s SEO, the first and most important thing would be keywords keywords keywords. Localize your keywords and focus on terms such as “Miami FL dentist” instead of just “dentist” (that is if you’re a dentist and work in the Miami area…) Getting your site to appear local listings like yelp.com is also a good idea.
